Led by a highly experienced and compassionate midwife, this comprehensive antenatal course offers two-hour weekly sessions in a relaxed and welcoming group setting. It’s ideal for first-time parents as well as those wanting a refresher.

Each booking includes space for two people—typically the pregnant person and their birth partner—and comes with all the resources you’ll need including a handbook, practical equipment for practicing on, and most importantly, ongoing support from your midwife instructor throughout your pregnancy.

Evening classes take place in Southbourne on Thursday evenings, starting promptly at 7:30 PM, making them convenient for working parents and those with busy schedules.
