This 2 hour class is perfect for anyone that has a baby or child and wants to learn some basic first aid skills without being overwhelmed with technical information. The session empowers parents/grandparents and carers and gives you the confidence to act fast in an emergency. Babies under 12 months welcome The class covers:
- Infection control when giving first aid
- CPR & recovery positions
- Choking
- Meningitis
- Anaphylaxis
- Burns
- Head Injuries
- Febrile Seizures
- Broken Bones
- Poison
- Bleeding & Bandaging
