About this course
Welcome to our Midwife led 5 week course to prepare you for labour, birth and early newborn care. The course costs £199 which includes you and your birth partner and course literature. The sessions discuss Induction of labour, pain relief, methods of delivery, infant feeding and those all important first few days. The 5 sessions are delivered weekly in a relaxed environment and are approximately 1.5 – 2 hours each. In addition you will have access to an online hypnobirthing session and the sixth unofficial session is a postnatal meet up to be discussed following the arrival of the babies.
