About this course

Perfect for couples with babies due in Late February, March and early April 2026, this 5 week Antenatal Course will cover all you need to know about preparing for birth and baby!

Each session runs for 2 hours starting at 6:30pm prompt until 8:30pm, on 5 consecutive Wednesday evenings. Our venue has free onsite parking and light refreshments are provided.

We cover all you need to know from birth preparation, what to pack in your hospital bag, coping mechanisms in labour, pain relief options, different types of birth, all feeding options and care of your newborn. You will be provided with our course booklet, filled with information which will help you both as you embark on parenthood.

Our course welcomes parents expecting their first, second, third or even fourth babies, and the price you pay is for 2 people to attend.
